GALA 2023 participation fees

Important information for authors: For each paper, full paper (oral presentation) or short paper (poster presentation), a payment of a Standard Fee or reduced fee is mandatory (see details below).

In case, you must cancel your trip on the last notice and you should be presenting your full paper at the conference, we will provide a possibility to deliver your talk remotely.

Standard Fee – TBD

Includes access to the whole three-day conference program, including the GALA dinner and game exhibition reception, all lunches, coffee, tea, and pastries during conference breaks, and a yearly subscription to the Serious Games Society.

Reduced Fee – TBD

Includes access to the whole three-day conference program, including the GALA dinner and game exhibition reception, all lunches, coffee, tea, and pastries during conference breaks, and a yearly subscription to the Serious Games Society.

Reserved to:

1- Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. students.

2- Additional authors (beyond the first registered one)

Registration for the Conference

Registration will be open in mid June.

Accepted presentation in Game Exhibition event – free

Accepted demonstrations gain access to the exhibition for free. Note that participation in other conference activities requires a payment of a standard or a reduced fee.
