GALA 2025 participation fees

Important information for authors: For each paper, full paper (oral presentation) or short paper (poster presentation), a payment of a Standard Fee or reduced fee is mandatory (see details below). Non-presenter fees follow the same categories (standard or student).

Standard Fee – 495 €

Includes access to the whole three-day conference program, including the GALA dinner and game exhibition reception, all lunches, coffee, tea, and pastries during conference breaks, and a yearly subscription to the Serious Games Society.

Reduced Fee – 375 €

Includes access to the whole three-day conference program, including the GALA dinner and game exhibition reception, all lunches, coffee, tea, and pastries during conference breaks, and a yearly subscription to the Serious Games Society.

Reserved to:

1- Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. students.

2- Additional authors (beyond the first registered one)

Competition & exhibition (reserved to game competition participants, Thurs. only) – 100 €
