GALA 2026 participation fees

Important information for authors: For each paper in the Main, WiP and PhD Symposium tracks, a payment of a Standard Fee or Reduced Fee is mandatory (see details below). 

Non-presenter fees follow the same categories (standard or student).

Standard Fee – 505 €

Includes access to the whole three-day conference program (plus one day only for mentors participating to the PhD symposium on November 17), including the GALA dinner and game exhibition reception, all lunches, coffee, tea, and pastries during conference breaks, and a yearly subscription to the Serious Games Society.

Reduced Fee – 384 €

Includes access to the whole three-day conference program (plus one day only for students participating to the PhD symposium on November 17), including the GALA dinner and game exhibition reception, all lunches, coffee, tea, and pastries during conference breaks, and a yearly subscription to the Serious Games Society.

Reserved to:

1- Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. students.

2- Additional authors (beyond the first registered one)

Competition & exhibition (reserved to game competition participants, Thurs. only) – 100 €

Includes a yearly subscription to the Serious Games Society.
